No its on the oldest mobile ever.. nokia 8310, hence why i was buying new mobiles!!

I asked for the guys surname and he said its there policy not to give surenames.. i'll give him an hour and then try and ring him back. I wonder how many Andrews work in Dundee office????

Result today, phoned HO 0800 505555 this morning and 2 hours later they phoned back to tell me to go and collect a full refund on PSP & tecken bundle. CS instore were so nice and expecting me though they did ask me to give my name and address so I may have to stop r&ring there for a while. So glad I didn't take the offer of refund on game only offered last night.

My PSP overcharge is in hand and I will get my refund on Monday as my local store management are having a leaving 'beano' at the moment and can't be contacted. Joanne also told me that this PSP incident has highlighted the whole of the mispricing situation in Tesco as a whole and been reported to the Board. So shortly there might be some slow down of RnRs as a whole if Tesco DO finally wake up and smell the coffee.

I also tried the Lindemans red wine that some thought might be a misprice due to discount not coming off - it is coming off but I did get to keep the 5p off a litre of petrol voucher :-)

I'm thinking of applying for a job at Tesco as a national misprice spotter....

IMHO Tesco will not get their act together with misprices - they may improve - they may sort out consoles for a couple of months - but they will continue to fail with their Price Integrity.

RE The PSP & Tekken game of the week

They're trying to tell me that i've bought the wrong console. I bought the one at £179.97 and apparantly the offer is on the more expensive product. He's phoning the store now to verify the point of sale (not sure what that means tbh)
