Has anyone had a full r&r about the phones poster as yet from HO and not instore. Instore wouldnt give it so have wrote email to Terry and Customer services!
Expired 17th September..bought yesterday but two posters still up!!

But if someone else has been lucky enough please please let me know!

Not yet, but I do not see how they can claim it was not an R&R. Sure they can fight it a bit to try to get you to back down but it is an R&R.

ooooo bit of "juice" for you all, If you do phone CS for advice, be aware that they have shifted some of the calls back to the Cardiff call centre, lots of new staff, i.e. they might not be "on the ball" ask for a supervisor if you are not getting anywhere!!

NEWS ON THE £20 OF VODAFONE OFFER THATS OUT OF DATE!!

I just spoke to someone and mentioned that the poster is misleading and the * is only next to the £10 off offer that states its out of date. the top line doesnt have a * or **.. so its misleading. Hes spoken to his advisor and they agree they are ringing the branch now to say i will be having a refund!!
he's ringing me back in 30mins! Fingers crossed!!

Hope that makes sense.. i thought the * was for the bottome line and not the top.. they should have used a * or **!!

I got a result with HO, they spoke to the guy instore and im back there for a refund later
