I phoned at 10:15 and still haven't heard anything back yet.
I can guarantee they'll phone when i'm on lunch
I originally called about the same time as you, probably 10-15 minutes earlier. I called again an hour after, and asked to be called back asap.
Joanna called five minutes before I posted before.0 -

hi i know this sounds lazy, well i am. anyone got a template for a complaint to HO about poor CS regarding the xbox fiasco. it has taken 7 hours worth of complaining for them to just honour their own policy. Also store refused to pay so ho are supposingly issuing me a cheque.

Sorry mate, could'nt resist it.
Too give you the full SP on RnR would take ages, you will really have to read from 1st thread.
If sel removed before RnR, ask for a refund and just take the points and put it down to experience.
What was it for?

There isn't a quick way of knowing what to do other than doing your homework. It is tedious but all your questions will eventually be answered if you read thought this thread and the mis price only thread. Start small and build up.
In answer to if they move the SEL then go with them so they can't. If you're unlucky and the SEL has been moved as part of the staff generally updating then you're out of luckLook after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves0 -
i have looked everywhere for the post about the Vodaphone K750i that is in the letstalkabout booklet for £129.99 (which was still below the phones) when i purchased it and i was charged £149.99. After talking to CS i was told that in the book it says prices correct at time of going to press so it's not an overcharge so i won't be getting an RnR.The manager came and was polite but said he can't give me a RnR on it as it does state price correct at time of going to press etc,to which i replied that the books were still below the phones so should be classed as an overcharge. He said i should give CS a ring on their free phone number, which i have done and am awaiting a phone call back from them.......to be continued........lol
