Just bought PSP plus Tekken in my local Tesco, but it closed a minute after, so will have to do the R&R tomorrow... in the meantime I think I'll play with the PSP anyway cos if the worst comes to the worst I will still get me money back. Of course I should get my money and keep the console if they honour their policy as the chart poster with £10 off was in the store...

At worst I will return the lot for a refund but I was hoping it would be a start on my son's Xmas shopping list. PS. I did also get £20 of meat at the same time!

CS in Dundee should side with you on this one, as the POS is wrong in that it doesn't state which PSP consoles are included in the deal. This means that technically, you have been overcharged and R&R should come into play.

Bought the PS2 + Lego Star Wars 2 OVERCHARGED

Senoir Management agreed it was an overcharge but wouldn't honour it due to the day before?

Where do I stand? Is it best I phone HO and explain, even though I had a full refund?

hi, got a ps2 & game, on a previous offer, no discount was applied, so went to c/s, and was offered a resale at the correct price, then game for free, I said i'd phone h/o, to clarify the offer, was offered a full refund, which i've picked up eventually. but also got a ban from thier stores, the duty manager, said we will honour the policy but you are banned, from all local stores, we will issue your description and deatils & photo to all stores to ensure you can't shop there, if you do get in to shop, you will never get a refund under the overcharge policy. Yes i've had a copuple of refunds before on overcharges but nothing major.Is this right?

on what grounds were you banned??

Abusing the overcharge policy, they really did not want to refund it,.

Having more brains than their staff by the sound of it. It really is unfair that customers can be banned for asking a store to abide by their companies policy.
