If you bought them yesterday you should have the code - have you checked your SPAM folder?
If you bought them today you'll get the code tomorrow.I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

I'll try again about 11.30 when everyone's in bed hopefully! I'm a bit miffed the ones I'm wearing have gone up to £89 and the Harveys are out of stock but I'm searching! Going for full rimmed to stop the kids smashing them and some semi-rimless shades for the car

Checked my spam, nothing there and did buy it yesterday. Strange one, as what i've read on here, i can't see the reason being lack of people taking up the offer lol. Thanks for the reply.0 -
I rather like the Timon style glasses which were 'Limited' and now sold out. Did that mean limited edition, with no chance of a restock, or will they be restocked before my voucher runs out?0

Me too! I bought mine yesterday, but still have an hour and 20 mins left! Just hoping that When I log on tomorrow It'll be there.
ps. Only 19 people have bought the deal so far and the yellow bar is 3/4 of the way across.

Hi Charlie94
It would be ideal if you could ask your optician to give you your PD, some refuse, some will do it for a fee, others will simply give it to you.
You are asked to enter a PD when you enter your prescription, and we tell you what the average is (based on a survey of 4,000 people) which you can use if your optician has refused to give you yours. If your prescription is above a certain strength one of our opticians will call to confirm your PD and possibly ensure it has been properly measured. If your prescription is low, then the average should be fine.
If your optician refuses, and you want to be 100% sure, we can arrange to send us an old pair of glasses and we can measure the PD from those. We can send you a prepaid envelope for that. Your PD shouldn't change so an old/spare pair is fine.
Whatever you choose, if there's anything wrong you can send them back for a full refund within 14 days if you're not happy.
Is it not the case that the 'PD' measurement is the legal responsibility of whoever is dispensing the spectacles? By getting the Optician (Optometrist) to issue the PD, aren't you transfering the responsibility of the dispensing from yourselves (or your customer) back onto ourselves?
Seems a bit unfair to be responsible for dispensing out of our control - wouldn't you agree?Beware the character seeking personal gain masquerading as a moral crusader.

It seems you can measure your PD measurement yourself.

It does not look that complicated. This appears to me like a case of high street opticians wanting to protect their market when they refuse to give this measurement out.0
