i get high rate care, on mental health grounds i didnt no but was told that was hard to get on that basis till today , iam greatful for what award iam given and 6 months ago i would have agreed with that but now i have alot more moblity needs and my doctor agreed or he wouldnt have wrote a letter supporting me for the higher rate or the bus pass i have now0 -

So he claims AA for care needs that are being met for free which you then spend on luxuries, and you think that's great because he had a poor upbringing. You've just undermined your entire argument because you are the kind of person you dislike so much.Only 3% of those registered blind in the UK have zero vision.0 -
