  • Ok my advice, mite be a good idea to check how many minutes you have before making hour long calls. You obviously knew you were bashing it because you went 350 minutes over not like 10 or 20 minutes.

And again, no I didnt know I was 'bashing it' as my previous 1 hour calls with the other party had been with them calling me. Again, never lost track of time when you are on the phone?

Yet again, another non-reader. I didnt know I was going over till I checked the bill online. Do you get that bit?

And about the contract, again do you not read? How many times has a company forced a contract change on the consumer? We have to either accept the changes they force or cancel the contract. They are party to the contract as much as we the consumer are. Why cant we then do the same? After all we are both party to the same contract!

    Ignorance is no excuse.

I don't think you understand the contract you signed for. Here it is, in a nutshell. T-mobile provides you with service, you pay for this service. You do not pay for service, you break the t&c. They do not provide you with service, they break the t&c. If at any point they have not provided you with the service which you agreed to, you have a right to break the contract and leave them. So when they break your t&c, go ahead and walk with your feet. If they provide you with the same service as you agreed to for the whole 24 months, PAY THEM. You cannot change the t&c because it is THEIR service agreement, which YOU agree to upon using the contract.

How hard is this to understand?

Ok, obviously its not t-mobiles fault they have layed out all the charges you can expect, and its clearly not your fault by the sound of things.

    You missed this bit:

The charges are clear, the methods of checking are simple, and you admit to being aware of them. YOU chose not to do it last month...your mistake surely?

I don't see the relavance of you having unused minutes that you keep going on about? You don't seem to expect a refund for unused minutes, so what's your point? You used to check your allowance but don't seem to mention that your allowance would grow each month with unused allowance carrying forward, so logically you are aware that it doesn't.

And why is £120 in a month excessive, why would it trigger something when you are calling the numbers you usually call. What if you had an emergency, were making a few extra calls and t-mobile cut your service. Bet you'd complain then too.

School hol's have now started, this HAS to be a troll!!!

Based on the previous activity on the account yes I do think that 350 minutes over allowance is excessive and should have triggered something ,especially when the CS asked if anyone had called me in the month about the unusual usage.

Who ever mentioned about T-Mobile cutting my service? I certainly didnt.

And as for me being a troll? Member for nearly 5 years. +300 post count.

Who knows maybe you are just a dedicated non thinker.

How many times do I have to say that IT WAS MY FAULT, there Ive even highlighted it for you this time. God knows Ive already said it enough in this thread.

Im not expecting anyone else to take responsibility. I simply expect a company to have a little respect for its customer and a little loyalty. Maybe you dont. Maybe thats why customers get more and more screwed in this country. Because very few people are prepared to stand up and say this is not fair.

How many years ago did rollover contracts disappear? Why? Because not enough people complained when these were taken away.

Imagine how !!!!ed you would be if you went into a restaurant and ordered a meal, and they took half of it away again because you hadnt eaten it quickly enough!

And how many times do people need to tell you that t-mobile have shown you a lot of respect by offering you £50 off which they are under no obligation whatsoever to do so!

OP.....You are responsible for YOUR actions....Did someone FORCE you to make the calls.....Try going into Tesco with £15 and walking out with £120 of goods....Its CRIMINAL !!!!

You forgot to put the words "RIP OFF" in your subject line....People like you always try to blame the supplier.... I despair at some people

How is this remotely the same?

You're not a premium customer anyway, bottom of the pile.
