It's a shame you have learned the hard way, as it works out you have paid 3.3pence per min for those extra calls cross networks no doubt also

I don't think that is too bad especially as it would have been in your T+C's

    350 mins x 3.3p = £11.50

    I was charged £115.00 for 350 minutes = 33p per minute.

How many times do I have to say that IT WAS MY FAULT, there Ive even highlighted it for you this time. God knows Ive already said it enough in this thread.

Im not expecting anyone else to take responsibility. I simply expect a company to have a little respect for its customer and a little loyalty. Maybe you dont. Maybe thats why customers get more and more screwed in this country. Because very few people are prepared to stand up and say this is not fair.

How many years ago did rollover contracts disappear? Why? Because not enough people complained when these were taken away.

Imagine how !!!!ed you would be if you went into a restaurant and ordered a meal, and they took half of it away again because you hadnt eaten it quickly enough!

It's fair because you AGREED TO IT! If you didn't like the charges for going over on your allowances, you should not have took out the contract! Mate in future, just stick to PAYG. I'm done here, I've tried.

OP.....You are responsible for YOUR actions....Did someone FORCE you to make the calls.....Try going into Tesco with £15 and walking out with £120 of goods....Its CRIMINAL !!!!

You forgot to put the words "RIP OFF" in your subject line....People like you always try to blame the supplier.... I despair at some people

    Erm...What?

Where have I ever said that I want £120 of calls for £15? I really despair of people that join a thread without reading it!

Try the people that sign up to a set of t +c 's without reading them, then whinge when it doesn't go their way ;)

And in the past I have agreed to free internet on another network. That company was contractually obliged to provide me with it. Didnt stop them changing the T&C when THEY wanted and forcing me to either accept the new contract or cancelling the contract.

These contracts mean nothing to the networks, so why the hell should they mean anything to the consumer.

No worries Taz. Unfortunately because I had got used to my low usage within my allowance being aware of the T&C (which I was) didnt help, as I hadnt simply realised I had gone over the minutes.

1 hour phone calls when you are distracted doing something else aswell are very easy to make, especially when you are used to a call of this length, but normally made by the other party involved in the call.

They do give you 28 days notice? You could have voted with your feet and left if you didn't like it.

Pretty sure paying for usage outside your contract has been a term of nearly every mobile phone contract for a very long time.

Otherwise we'd all be on a tenner a month plan doing whatever we fancied?

So why didn't you leave? If you didn't like it, why not leave them? You have selective reading skills I'm sure. People have bought up some extremely good points and all you can harp on about is "the man" and how "companies always change their t&c" bla bla bla. Have T-Mobile changed their t&c by the way?

I'd also like you to answer my question up thread if you wouldn't mind.
