When you took out the contract the charges were sodding laid for you!

Ah, but that was all in small print. And it's written in a very confusing way and difficult to simple folk to understand. ;)

And when someone learned to drive they were made aware of the rules of the road!!!!! Still doesnt stop signs going up.

So why is it so much to ask that a mobile provider have a warning sms FOR ALL customers and not just for some.

How would you feel if you were driving down the road and someone was deciding whether you could see the changing speed limit signs?

Another non-reader then. I have already stated on a number of occasions that I didnt want to expect the extra minutes for free. I offered to pay £50 in total, £15 for the original contract and £35 for the 350 minutes.

    Try reading up before posting.

The sms that they send to fext customers still may not have helped you as I said earlier this is only sent once a week

Take a break - read this thread in a week when you're less emotionally attached and see if you feel the same. If you do, write your letter to the MD of T-Mobile and see if anything happens.

TBH you're starting to sound a little bit too emotionally invested which means your arguments are sounding more and more desperate. Not the kind of thing you'd want to write to an MD if you're hoping for a refund.

    I said this earlier :p

He doesn't want to take responsibilty for his actions.

He also disputed a speeding fine.

    He's a mature adult ;)

I don't think it's fair on everyone who can manage to check their own allowance/aware of charges etc and choose higher tariffs to ensure they do so, that he pays anything less than what the fee is.

Also for them to monitor the allowances for everyone incapable of doing so would push the prices up for everyone as it would be another overhead to cover.

Its a good point. However at the end of week 2 of the billing cycle I had pretty much reached the limit looking back at the bill, so the chances are something like that would have made a big difference. It might have been too late to stop some over-allowance calls, but certainly would have stopped the following 2 weeks.

    Except that on the road when you go from a 60mph zone to a 40mph zone there is a sodding big sign warning you. . . . . . . . .

And when you sign up to a contract with 300 minutes there's a note underneath saying out of bundle charges?

You might not realise when you go over 300 minutes (but you can check, automatically on a call to 150) just the same as you have to look at the speedo to see what speed you're actually doing.
