I said this earlier
He doesn't want to take responsibilty for his actions.
He also disputed a speeding fine.
He's a mature adult
I don't think it's fair on everyone who can manage to check their own allowance/aware of charges etc and choose higher tariffs to ensure they do so, that he pays anything less than what the fee is.
Also for them to monitor the allowances for everyone incapable of doing so would push the prices up for everyone as it would be another overhead to cover.
Are you seriously THAT pathetic. I HAVE accepted that I am ultimately responsible for the calls.....on many occasions. However you would only be aware of this is you had bothered to read a little.
And what exactly is SO WRONG about disputing a speeding fine if you are confident you werent speeding at the time of the alleged offence?
Let me guess, you would automatically pay anything that is sent to you without questioning those that have sent it.
Sounds rather immature to me!!0 -
I get 600 mins for 19.99 (and 1000 texts, unlimited internet and 12 months of home broadband - thanks O2!), so i shall chuckle and say goodbye to this thread.
However.. It would be rather useful to be able to get an app to monitor phone call usage, and programmed it so that it would alert you to usage near the limit of your tariff. Right, off to check the Ovi store.. (Found it - http://www.funmahol.com/2008/08/11/stat_monitor.html)0 -

I've read the whole thread thank you
If you are responsible, pay the bill?
That's the point!War does not determine who is right - only who is left.0 -

Ive ended up looking for something similar for Windows Mobile so that this type of thing doesnt happen again. Checking reviews in a few.0 -
I have to say, as someone who used to spend time on this forum a few years back, it's disappointing to see the amount of nastiness, snarky comments and holier-than-thou attitude in this thread. Even if you don't agree with someone, there's no need to keep repeating the same attacks that others have already posted before you. If you haven't got anything helpful to add to the discussion then don't post in it.
This advice should probably apply to the OP too, and me as well so I'll shut up now.
The thread should end here. Nobody post below the dotted line.(this won't work, will it...)

Company gets it wrong big time. Customer pays the price. Sounds like people being forced to take responsibility for someone elses actions there.
And dont tell me T-Mobile have never made a mistake and the customer has had to pay the price for it.0 -
