And this has relevance to your situation how? You made a mistake, you need to pay for it. It's really very simple!0 -

half way?
you were charged £106 over the line rental of £15 meeting you halfway would be 50%of this charge = £53
They offered you £50 yet you still seem to think this isnt good enough.0 -

Nope, I have never said that I was ignoring you. Go back and check.
Stop trolling/attention seeking.
Was that your last last last post on the subject?0 -
give a rest now
The mistake you made was black and white.
You took out a contract for x minutes x texts per month for x price you went over the allocated minutes and were charged the price per minute you agreed to at the start.
You even admited you were at fault.
Just like the error that Clydesdale and Yorkshire made was their fault, but are they paying the price? Like hell they are!0 -

It has nothing to do with your mobile phone bill.
Stop bluffing and diverting, it is classic troll behaviour.0 -

What has Clydesdale and yorkshire got to do with t-mobile?0 -

So not only am I not allowed to defend myself against comments that had nothing to do with the thread, but more to do with my presence here (hadnt realised we could only be here if we all agreed with you), but apparently Im not allowed to show details by comparison of where a company has got it wrong but doesnt take responsibility for its actions, something that you have all accused me of doing.0 -

Customer vs T-Mobile. Customer makes a mistake. You all say customer should pay.
Customer vs Clydesdale and Yorkshire. Buildig society makes mistake. Customer STILL pays.
Its a comparison. Is that simply enough for you?
No matter who makes the mistake, the customer ends up paying the bill. Is that fair? Apparently for you all it is.0 -

There's absolutely no relevance between the 2. What exactly are you saying? That T-Mobile should let you off? Does that also mean the customers of Clydesdale Bank should let the bank off for making a mistake? On one hand you seem to be saying that the bank should pay for it's mistake, and on the other you're expecting T-Mobile to pay for yours. Which is it?0 -

I don't think there's any doubt that it's not fair, but it has no relevance in this thread, at all. I think this thread needs to be closed now, it has run its course.0
