Try reading up before posting.
Your mistake seems to be thinking that the cost of additional calls can be bargained in some way. You're in a very weak position, and contractually, you owe the full amount. You were incredibly foolish for not accepting the £50 off, and the net result of that is you now owe the full amount. It is your responsibility to monitor how much of your allowance you have used. There are plenty of tools available for you to do this. However, it's starting to look like you're here just to cause an argument, and be deliberately enflamtery. The best thing you can now take from this is a lesson well learned.0 -
Do you think t-mobile will read this forum and offer you a lower bill? You've had one person so far think you are in the right.. everyone else disagrees
We're not doing it to be mean.. you're just in the wrong and have been dealt an expensive lesson0 -

Hang on, by having to re-state what I have already written on more than 1 occasion I am being deliberately inflamatory yet being labelled a troll and being accused of leading a sad lonely existence isnt?

I would certainly disagree with the last part in certain cases, particularly those that appear to work for mobile phone companies or companies that sell phones and contracts.0 -

ok. See if you can join the dots...
You did something wrong. There is a cost associated with that. You want to bargain..following??0 -

Interesting.
Perhaps you should stop posting then? We've heard your predicament, we've given a response. Job done.0 -

And every time I look there is another post asking a question that has already been answered, or commenting that I am some sort of troll. Am I not afforded the right to reply?0 -

When you took out the contract the charges were sodding laid out for you!0 -
Monitoring customers accounts for unusual usage would be unfeasible and would cost a fortune to setup and maintain, customers would end up paying for this with higher bills, a better idea would be to take responsibility for your own usage0
