Overtaking on cross hatchings

Both those clips, he overtakes one vehicle on a dual carriageway, you can see from the camera there is nothing else there, but he doesn't pull in until the end of the dual carriageway section, even when claiming one the cars that has come up behind him is trying to "undertake". It must have come from well behind, as it wasn't in the shots previously.
So clearly he's way past whatever he originally overtook, and is now just imposing the "I'm staying on the right, and doing the speed limit" mentality.
Quoting something googled from the IAM website isn't doing much for me, as has been said, show them the videos. Even to the bit in your blog were you boast you managed to overtake the 4x4 again just on the next island, just make sure you stand in front of the car for the road rage attack you've provoked, be a shame to miss it.
I think you've attracted more road rage in the videos than I've seen in the last 20 years of driving.0 -
From post #38so im supposed to cut up the cars im overtaking in order to allow pushy !!!! behind me to overtake?0

Saying as you're the only one using offensive language, fair enough. We've been polite, and just pointed out your driving is fairly poor.
Maybe your respones to our comments reflect the way you do drive if you believe someone has offended you.0 -
OP couldn't you wait a few seconds?
Not entering a debate so not commenting if it was illegal or not, but safe drivers know what can and can't be done on the roads, rather than is and isn't allowed!
Just because something is allowed doesn't mean it's safe to do!0 -
There's other ways to let off steam than filming idiots and posting them on youtube, which could well end up with you in trouble if it turns out your driving was less than perfect or there was some law you didn't know about or got wrong.
A few years back after a very long trip with many delays caused by annoying people, I wrote a site about them. I update it from time to time.

Yes, I could, but that would be boring! Tbh the second overtake didn't get me very far, however IMO both were perfectly safe and legal and overtaking is always fun.
Yeah I get your point, it was funny how the other day someone tried to over take me in my Ford Mondeo V6 auto in there Cilo, they failed badly!

I sincerely hope that was on a DC or M/Way. Any stunt like accelerating or closing up a gap that forces an overtaker to remain on the wrong side of the road for longer than they had planned should be prosecuted for attempted murder IMO.
It's not just the overtaker that suffers for it either, it's the poor sod coming the other way, perhaps on a motorbike, that they hit and killed and all because some w⚓ got offended by being overtaken and decided to teach one person a lesson.
edit: Mind you even on the motorway, it's still annoying. Just had a right !!!!!! on the way home today. I had the cruise control set to exactly 70mph on the gps and am quietly plodding along in the inside lane. I move out to overtake this guy in a Golf who is going slightly slower and move back across, and then the Golf driver overtakes, pulls in front and eases off back to his original speed. I can't be bothered to cancel the cruise control so we repeat this a few times and each time the golf is cutting in front closer and closer. Eventually we have to shift out by one lane because of trucks and still it's going on.
To get rid of him I had to wait until I was in the outside line, and had collected a few repmobiles stuck to my rear bumper, then slowed down a notch and didn't finish my overtake until Mr. Golf was right up the back end of another truck and couldn't move across because of the repmobiles. Then it was straight back into the inside lane at 70 and piece and quiet.0
