    Store cupboard pasta
Fry onion in minumum amount of oil, add one tin of baked beans and half a small tin of tuna.
Hard boil 1 or 2 eggs.
Cook 2 to 3ozs pasta per person.
Dish pasta, cover with bean/tuna mix, spoon on fromage frais and top with chopped hard boiled egg.
  • A packet of 'seafood sticks' or hm Bean Burritos; tin of refried beans, splodge of tomato puree and squeeze of lime juice in flour tortillas. If I find my mojo during the five minutes of listless stirring, I might grate some cheese on top!
