    Corned beef hash. Still cooking, but only means opening a few tins and putting in the oven!!! ;)

    I do chopped onion, tin of corned beef chopped, tin of potatoes, pour over a tin of baked beans, season and bake - OH likes it too.

  • Spaghetti with melted red cheese, tomato puree, butter and loads of black pepper all mixed together. Comfort food central and only take 15 mins (and one pan)! Washing up is another matter (all that melted cheese!) but sooooo worth it.

    Also love the beans on toast option and I know they are really bad but I love the ones with little sausages in:o

    Seems like something on toast is what a lot of people go for!

    I like a tin of tomatoes on toast with lots of black pepper or cheese and tomato on toast under the grill - mmmm.
