Jacket potatoes - beans &/or cheese
Cheese on toast (with worcester sauce for me!)
    scrambled eggs on toast
    cheese omelette

    in that order of preference.

But having read Scotgirl's post - I love tinned tomatoes on toast with loads of pepper, but very rarely think about making it!

    This is making me hungry!

We love beans and cheese in a pitta bread with a bit of soft cheese too. Cheese on toast, poached egg on toast or cheese omlette are also good and quick.

Something I have found that is quick and lush but still cooking is grill a bit of bacon or microwave some salmon, pot of cottage cheese with 3 eggs beaten in, grate some cheese on top and oven for 30 mins and a yummy, quick quiche.
