3 main ones......
Tin of chicken in white sauce, add frozen peas, heat, serve with rice.
Tin of beans with sausages, served with rice - YUM!
Tuna Chuckit - whatever's going off in the fridge - spring onions, mushrooms, peppers etc, tin tuna, cook off together in non-stick pan in butter & olive oil - and lots of black pepper, serve with pasta. If feeling really adventurous add grated cheese too.
Reading this thread through - 90% of my meals are lazy ones - except on non working days! Cook 'proper' meals if I'm home!

When I was a student it was toasted peanut butter and marmite sandwich with a cup a soup, spiced up with a spoon of chilli sauce.
When I was a single mum it was (for me when I didn't feel like tea at 5pm with the kids...) a tin of tuna and a tin of peaches, or a bowl of banoffee crunch cereal!
Now It doesn't really happen that much that we have a cant be bothered dinner;) Do have some frozen pies on standby just in case though...Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

What's the meal you have when you don't feel like cooking and you don't want to eat out of the freezer? I like beans on toast with grated cheese. Not exactly a gourmet meal but it's sooooooo nice and easy.0
