That's what I'm doing for myself right now!!:D
I'm also a fan of cheese n beans on toast; pasta with tin tomatoes, herbs n cheese melted on top (add tinned mushrooms if any in cupboard!!); crisp sandwich (low fat crisps of course!):D ; bacon sandwich with pickle - yummmy:rotfl:Official DFW Nerd - Member 408 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!0 -
Oven chip butties, served with a guilty conscience
. If I know in advance that I'm feeling bone idle I'll do some egg mayo and cress, and stick that in the butties with the chips. Rolls are better than bread (cheers Math - great minds
) but I only buy those when there's an offer on or they are reduced to clear.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

I would go for jacket spud cheese n beans which the kids really love or
pasta with whatever veg bacon bits and grated cheese or
Sainsburys tin of their Thai soup with a pack of noodles added to it (serves 2 and very yummy!)0 -

What's American grilled cheese?
My "can't be bothered" dinner is pasta with HM tomato sauce (something like Happy Shopper's) and garlic bread from the freezer.
I love cheese on toast, Heinz tom soup, eggs on toast etc but count them as light lunchtime meals. I have a hungry teenage son and an OH who doesn't eat much during the day so I need to cook something reasonably substantial in the evening0 -
I make (quick cook) spaghetti with tuna and tomato quite a lot (clove garlic, tin tomatoes, dried herbs, spoon of pesto, 3/4 tin of tuna- the cat gets the other 1/4 tin or I dont get any peace! with grated cheese, I think I'll make that tonight)
Or supernoodles,
or pate on toast
all of the above always with a glass of red
I would eat takeaways every time I couldnt be !!!!d to cook if they werent so fattening
im starving now.Just because you are offended, doesn't mean you are right0 -
