Crikey, I think most of the things I eat come under the can't be bothered category :D

Cheese on toast - grate cheese, chop onion, mix with mayo and dash worcestershire sauce, grill, is delish
    Pasta wiv anything really
    Jacket spuds
Halloumi! Can eat loads of this fried up and then with chilli dipping sauce or mango chutney - but I always eat too much and feel a bit sick all night LOL

Love it when i can be bothered to cook properly but most nights there is just me and so pasta is quite good enough *s*

  • Cook spagetti. then drain, stir in 1 or 2 beaten eggs per person & add a few scraps of chopped ham if available.

Pasta with pesto (from a jar) and a chicken breast done in the oven, under grill or on a griddle pan. Dead easy, takes about 25 mins start to finish with no preparation. It would take us longer to go out and get a takeaway or wait for pizza to be delivered.

Pasta, with peas and sweetcorn, crack an egg into it, add a knob of butter and a splash of cream (if i have any). I add cheese to mine and DDs, but DS wont eat cheese so i just grate some on top once its served.

For the MEGA really can't be bothered to do more than put the kettle on sort of day??
    1) Boil pasta
    2) add some frozen peas
    3) drain
    4) add spoonful of cream cheese
    5) and a dollop of ketchup.
    6) Stir madly till it's all pink and then eat.

Gives me just enough time to pull the cork on a bottle of wine or mix an extremely tasty gin and tonic!

  • Beans on toast, topped with grated cheese and some slices of a hot peperami. Or maybe Tesco 8p value noodles with frozen sweetcorn and frozen prawns (or leftover chicken) added as they're cooking - which, if I remember rightly, takes about two and a half minutes.
