They have a new incentive to keep her sweet, now that fundamental breach has reared its head! They would seemingly prefer not to have to defend an avalanche of MCOLs sueing them for broken contracts.0

In cases like this where Mobiles.co.k are the introducer and you have your phone on a line rental from 02 how does this work if you were to cancel the contract due to the introducer breaking the terms and conditions? Will be finding this one out over the weekend so I am armed in case!!!!!0 -
Although o2 may be interested to learn about cpw breaking their contract with you, it is unlikely they will allow this to be a reason for you being allowed to terminate your contract with o2 (without paying the cancellation fees).
You may have now missed an opportunity to get away from cpw's cashback hoop jumping.0 -

Not with you? (You will have to continue with the cpw cashback contract, which includes the hoop jumping!)0

Yes, though you have seemingly accepted their explanation for the breach, so the contract now just carries on.0
