Anything where a food is forbidden is a diet... and diets are BAD!!!
I lost weight... not being on a diet anymore!!We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy! Mortgage Free Wannabe :dance:Overpayments Made: £5400 - Interest Saved: £11,550 - Months Saved: 240 -

Agreed - I have been watching what I eat for years and its driven me nearly mad. I gave up about 2 months ago and I have lost 4lbs in the last 3 weeks by eating well, in fact eating a lot better and a lot more food. Not really exercising altho I really should be.

That's the only way to do it!
You will get there... if you do weightwatchers then try using their own soup...
Use Parmasan and breadcrumbs for the topping (you need much less)
Also... for jackets... if you like butter... try removing the potato, making mash and then putting it back in the jackets... then you don;t need butter on them!!We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. Thank you Julie, I'm loving this site (apart from the no photo thing)... OH specialises in slow cooking, whereas I specialise in things that take very short time to cook. It works out quite well, since who cooks is decided on how much time we have0
