Csarina - sorry about your dentist bill! glad you took it out on the weeds!:D hope you and Mr Csarina have made up!;)

Good news here - DS2 has got his first ever interview - a part time job at Morrisons:j I'm a nervous wreck already!:D He's mildly autistic but manages to disguise it most of the time. I'm not sure how much info we should tell the firm but think they need to know something.
DS1 has his interview tomorrow - more fingers to be crossed!

good luck Lanbanana and all with interviews this week!

Lambanana - hope your job interview goes well tomorrow.

Lindy-loo - I would have complained about being over charged too. As someone else said, if they do it with everyone they will be quids in.

Gailley - hope you're okay. Do try to take it easier, you really do do loads.

Csararina - hope you manage to save/make some money somewhere for your dentist bill.

Taplady - hope your DS's do well at their interviews.

Hi Tappers, that's great news. Both boys with interviews in one week, what an about turn! There should be DDA form in the application pack, I would put it on that, and explain what his difficulties are, and how easy they would be to manage e.g. needs literal instructions, does not understand abstract requests such as "Would you like to lift that great big box" wouldn't be understood, he would need to be told to go and do it. Well, if it were my boy, that's what we would need to put on his form, anyway, but I'm sure you catch my drift. Good luck to him. and other DS too. :)

thanks JackieG :T- thats just the sort of thing I was meaning. I just dont want to put them off him before he's even had a chance iykwim but I know they need to know so they can make any allowances. Its hard - I shall be worrying about it from now till the interview is over much more so than for our oldest DS who is more than capable of looking after himself.

D & DD - difficult situation, I suppose its his choice and it will make him happy. I'd like to think the school would step in if anything was said to him as he is a vulnerable pupil but they may not. I hope his start at high school goes smoothly for all of you x x

Can anyone help with my querie from the other day about how much washing powder (Daz from Morrisons offer) I need to put in. They say 95ml in soft water but I know that lots of you use less than recommended. How much less though? i need to sort this out and put right size container there before family start using it. Caught hubby using an old soap powder measure the other day on it. Asked why he was starting on the new one before old gel tabs were finished. When looked at the scoop that he had found from back of the cupboard, I noticed that it went up to about 300ml and he had it full. Would have used all that if I hadn't caught him. I suppose I should be grateful he puts washing on, I know lots even these days don't lift a finger.
