Lol - i always joke i have lists for my listsTime to find me again0 -
Mini-achievements - now done too:
- check out how the common weeds I know are potential food - so I yanked them up and replanted in my garden are doing = going good - feeling hopeful...:D.
- checked out/repotted my stevia rebaudiana plants I'm growing from seed = going good - looking hopeful. Mixed feelings there - as once they are "in full flow" then I'm going in for the experiments I will be doing on using them as healthy/no calorie substitutes for sugar in recipes:D0 -
ooh give me lists,a laminator and a pile of fridge magnet tape and I'm in heaven :rotfl:
I never stick to any of 'em mind but theres always tomorrow
I just love my calenders too we have six in total now and although mine is always up to date with appointments written in etc I'm always at least two weeks behind crossing off the days..no wonder I never know what day it is lol:o
Before DS2 went in we had a skip and did the loft  and house from the top down (we have a 3 storey one) and I was really brutal..ish ..well I was quite good :A and I did throw away a lot of junk, recycled some furniture through our local SN skills group and gave a nursery loads of toys and boxes.
So the house is decluttered but I always find its a bit messy at this time of the year cos the gardens so busy too so my jars, gadgets and recipe books are um everywhere!
DS3 is in love with LEGO so you can imagine 4 weeks of being home its everywhere he's even built his ferry in the shower :rotfl:0 -

I didn't take it that way it just hits a nerve every so often that I would love to be at home. I do know how mums feel, I have to work, come home cook, clean and tidy and look after my little one (which I love) and my OH is the same as others - expects the house to be tidy!

I do sympathise - I have been there, and it's not much fun.
With DD I went back full time when she was 7 months old (I earned more than DH at the time and paid all bills) and after DS1 I went back to a 25 hour week & often did extra hours) After DS2 I was working to literally cover nursery fees and petrol costs. (this is before the govt 15/ hours a week for 3 year olds and WTC) - but I had a good non-contributory pension and health cover etc. DH had a good promotion. I was then made redundant and, after DS1 started school I found a local (1 mile away) part time, term time job, I got pg with DS2 (unplanned) and didn't go back - the nursery fees were actually more than my takehome pay and even if we'd had WTC it really wasn't worthwhile. Now I enjoy the 2 small ones, although DS2 starts school next week (eek!) - but I wouldn't have enjoyed being at home with the bigger ones - I was [STRIKE]very[/STRIKE] too career focussed back then....:(I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soulRepaid mtge early (orig 11/25) 01/09 £124616 01/11 £89873 01/13 £52546 01/15 £12133 07/15 £NILNet sales 2024: £200 -

Nickys Nursery Limited
www.nickys-nursery.co.uk/
It cost about £2 for the packet of seeds and one gets charged about £2 odd for postage on top of that (though its just an ordinary size little lightweight packet of seeds:().
I have had a lot of problems sourcing this myself - went round all local nurseries and nowt and checked out the Internet widely and ditto.
Think it was down to some firm/s wanting to make it difficult for consumers to get hold of - so they stuck various "barriers" in our way......???? Not sure if those barriers are still there...or its just taking a while for the sale of these seeds/plants to get going....?0
