Day started very foggy but turned out beautiful. No running for me but I did cycle to Bath and back, 36 miles altogether so pretty pleased with that. DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Was going to wuss out of lunch time run today as was tired and needed to get cards from @sd@ but decided I needed to go for it. After first mile when I had warmed up a bit my legs even wanted to go faster! 2.33mile to the shop and 0.93 miles back to work. DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

Really pleased I didn't talk myself out of going for a run as I finished work early this afternoon. Listening to a programme on the radio set me off and set my mind about going!

3 miles for me today - I have been walking the dog for a couple of miles a day since Friday but haven't had time for a run. My assignments have been handed in now so a bit of breathing space and back to running Easily got straight back into it, apparently 6 days off are good for me!!! It started out foggy but is a glorious day here now so may take the dog for another walk later
