Well, still not running but think I may go for a walk tomorrow, not loving this lack of any exerciseHoping for snow on Friday so I can sledge again though
No going into any fences this time - I promise to go down the right side of the hill

Planning on walking about 45 minute to an hour today
Normally this is normal, but the way my battered bod feels it will be miracle! I will do it in increments of 15 minutes at a time......
Thinking I may avoid the sledge this time after all.......:oBe the change you want to see in the world - Gandhi

Still not running - i don't think I realised how badly I had damaged myself! I am only just starting to walk with no limping and still have massive bruising  I'm hoping towards the end of this week that I may be able to put enough weight on my legs to run on the treadmill...fingers crossedBe the change you want to see in the world - Gandhi

Still no outdoor running from me yet. But weather seems to be warming up a little so hoping for my first attempt later this week. A copy of 'running made easy' has also been ordered through green metropolis so hoping that will help. I had a copy years ago and it was a really good motivator. I lent it to a friend who was taking part in a race for life but she never gave it me back grrrrrr.0

My bruising is almost gone now and I can walk without limping so will be getting my running gear on tomorrow and hoping for the best
Wish me luck! Hope you are all out running and that is why it is so quiet around here

I had a grump on last night and didn't go but I woke up this morning and went out before work. Really pleased I did as I enjoyed it and felt so much better for it. I might try it again when the weather picks up a bit.
So I'm off to attempt a longer run tomorrow and hope it goes well.

Hi ladies! No running for me since last week. Went for a spin last Wednesday and then for a core conditioning class straight after (my abs are still aching!) and then woke up on Thursday morning with a sore throat.
This week is my 'recovery week' so not too fussed, maybe try to go for a little run at the weekend and then starting properly again next week.

I ran 9.7 miles tonight and my legs are feeling super tired and achy now. It wasn't quick at all and was a slow plod that took about an hour and a half. So now nearly at 10miles the mileage is on track to get to 13 miles by May
A much needed day off tomorrow! Not sure if my legs will be up to much tomorrow!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
