I'm just back from a quick 4 mile run - quicker than I expected anyway!

Not running but...
1500m winterswim yesterday with 200m warm up. That totally knackered me! Didn't help it was really busy and I had to overtake the same guy 3 times! He should've been in the slow lane. Cycled there and back, it's only a mile but coming back almost all uphill! And then decided to see how my legs felt running, only did 200 yards though as left bike leaning on the garage. Might have to take a rest day today.

It was hard work for me.

I'm planning a 'longer' run at the weekend, maybe 4mile'ish. Sunny but cold here.

Good work fedupandskint. Are you following a plan? Is this your first half or you've done it before?

It is my first half and I'm aiming to build up mileage by either a mile a month or 2 miles a month depending on how it goes and how busy I am and how I feel.
