    Thanks LittleMissHappy!
My motivation has been low and I haven't been for a run for months but you have to start from somewhere. If you go for 10mins I'm sure you'll be out for longer!

I've had a couple of weeks off thanks to a horrible cold virus thing. At last I feel better and I'm planning to go tomorrow after work to continue my intervals again. Not really looking forward to running in the dark again but I will be determined to run at the weekends in the light both days so thats 2 runs a week planned and also try to fit another 2 in again

Right then better find out my winter running stuff and check my ipod is charged up ready to go tomorrow - after a cup of tea of course!

That's a bummer fedupandskint but glad to hear you're on the mend. Hope your run goes well today.
I'm starting a 'healthy November', includes running, excludes eating crap. Will get to have nice stuff on my birthday though. I am thinking about going for a run after I get home tonight.

I'll join you on the healthy November tirlittan :) Still haven't been for my run  because I spent yesterday decorating for Halloween instead :o
fedupandskint - glad you are feeling better :)

So let the no more eating crap (except I already had a Halloween cake for breakfast! Just a really small one!) in November commence. Also the running, but I will do that this afternoon after I have done an essay plan for my OU course :D

That's great LMH! More the merrier.I'll hold you to that run this afternoon though! It's time to get out there and enjoy!! Shall come back later and check.
After a rainy start this morning the sun is coming out. I'll need to go for a run tonight as away for the weekend (walking mind you so that'll be fine).

Well, I went for a 35min slow run but it made me feel good. I'm just going to take it easy this month and then see about doing something more structured and maybe getting back to doing Park run as well.

    LMH, did you go out?

:o No. I am going upstairs to get my shoes on and go for one now. Seriously annoyed with myself now! I will report back when I have finished (I will go on my treadmill) ;) You are very good for me tirlittan!

ETA - so I went for 12 minutes at my usual pace which I was quite pleased with. I will keep going every day until I am up to 30 minutes then I will try to get a better speed before going any further (at the moment 30 minutes will be 3 miles) A big THANK YOU to tirlittan for metaphorically kicking my butt into gear :)

  • Haven't been for a run tonight but am going to give it a go at getting up earlier and going for a run in the morning and getting it done first thing. As i build up I will probably need to change that but for runs up to around 3 miles I should be fine.....:undecided My Dh has just offered to wake me up at 6am  If I get up that early I will be able to do my run, get the housework done and do my studying for the day before the school run ;) Well, at least I'll be organised!
