Hi Ellie
Im quite lucky that I dont have anything to do with mortgage as hubby pays that from his account.
Before I entered into DMP I cancelled all my dds from Barclays and transfered everything into my Abbey account so that part for me has been ok.
My friend Sue had the same trouble beacuse everything she owed was with Lloyds ill have to ask her and see what she did about her mortgage.
My kids are 11 and 13 so at that age when the park wont do anymore. Their ok realy got xboxs PS3 etc to keep amused.
Anyway enjoy your week im quite lucky that I work ina school so have all the holidays off I expect when they get a bit older Ill have to get a full time job.
Have a good day Jackiexxxx0 -

hello,
have found your posts really helpful, i wasn't aware that companies wouldn't accept the payment plan, i have just sent off my paperwork to CCCS so will now wait until i hear from creditors. i did pay token payments and spoke to mint and barclaycard on friday and they were both really nice, let's hope it lasts! one of my biggest debts is with halifax, cc and overdraft, sounds like they aren't very nice but i will wait and see. good luck to you all, i will keep you updated as and when i hear back. x x0 -
Just wanted to say good luck to you, and hope you don't get too many phone calls. We may have to go down similar lines, just waiting to see what happens with DH's new business, so it's all up in the air at the moment. I'm making notes though, and have got some useful info from this thread about phone calls if it happens.0

Hi Feester
Glad you have found posts helpful. Yes I dont think they have to accept the plan but I think if you go with a good company most do.
My Barclays overdraft have sent a termination letter and a letter saying that the amount offered wasnt enough, so I am waiting to see if they change their mind.
Havnt heard from 2 of my creditors so not sure what is happening their its a waiting game.
Hope all goes well with your plan remember you are not alone keep in touch
