So either your really trying to say that your sister ordered £100 of shopping, but then Asda charged her £199. If that's the case, that makes sense.
But it's a true point, if you do shopping online, you have to wait until the action is processed, if there's problems with this, tell her to turn off the computer and go to Asda.
1. Asda reserved £100 and charged £99.
2. The £100 is reserved for 10 days eg she cant withdraw it and it does NOT indicate this at the atm or online but it shows avalible.
3. The £99 is charged for the shopping.The world is full of usury.
Use microsoft excel to write down all money in and all money out.
