Where does it say there that I am wrong? I have read through, and the only thing I can find, is that the reply from the Asda CSR has supported my argument in which the bank reserve the money. In which case, it would show on your Available Balance. Hence not being able to withdraw.0 -

Then thats something you need to take up with your bank tbh. There is a difference between balance and available balance and in all my years of using a debit card, i've never had it say theres money available when there isnt.
