How about Calzones?
I make bread dough - let it rise and ten pull off bits and roll into circles. I add cooked sausages chopped up (about half a sausage) 3tbsp baked beans and some cheese. make it in to a pasty shape crimping the edges. I then egg wash it and pop in the oven until golden.
They are gorgeous and they freeze really well too x x£370/£300 April challenge :T:T0 -

Sausage Surprise!
Almost cook some rice and stir in some tomato soup, add tomato puree if wanted. Add chopped sausages, onions, peas and anything else you desire. Bake in the oven for a short time until most of the soup has been absorbed.0 -
I bought two packs of porkys sausages yesterday as oh said they were lovely, however ds and dd weren't keen on them grilled - they seem to have very thick skin!
What can I make with the three leftover sausages to feed three of us ( one adult, and two children) for tea?0 -
Remove the skin..shallow fry them cut them up and make curried sausages and vegetable stew with mash. Anything really.:footie:
