Have you got onions & garden peas?
I would grill the sausages, fry the onions, cut the new potatoes into chunks & boil them.
Cook the peas & mix eveything togther & serve.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -

I like to do a fry up with pots, fry onions chopped up sausages, pots a bit of garlic then just add any type of sauce (e.g. cheese ) sprinkle with a bit more grated cheese (optional) and top with rough bread crumbs, and grill. It goes lovely with salad, corn on the cob etc.:DNever play with your Bellybutton your Bum could fall off.:rotfl:0

Put the raw sausages in a bowl with the potatoes, drizzle over some oil, season and add some fresh sage. Put on a hot baking tray and cook in the oven for about 25 mins.0

Potato wedges with ketchup or mayo are nice with sausages, you could do the whole lot in the oven."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Sausage, mash and onion gravy or toad in the hole with mash/new potatoes.
Otherwise you could do a casserole with the sausages and veg in a thin gravy in the oven/slow cooker.Credit Card: £796 Left/£900 October 2011 :eek:Store Card: £100 October 2011

Hi all.
I've bought a load of sausages ready for the freezer. We had some bbq'ed and they were absolutely stunning. Then we had some done in a big cast iron pan and they were nothing special.
So I was wondering if it was possible to bbq the whole lot, let them cool, freeze them and then just warm them up when needed?
I use a charcoal bbq so would like to save fuel by doing them all in one go. And I also think it could be a great way to get the bbq flavour all through winter.
Has anyone tried this and does it work well?
Thanks guys0
