There are quite a few of them.

If you check the Cooking section of the MEGA Index sticky at the top of Old Style there are several listings under "websites" and a fair number of those will allow you to do this.

    HTH :)

I have done this in the past with sausages:

Take skin off and mix pork sausagemeat with 1 cored, skinned diced apple (tsp curry powder also quite nice but optional)

I used one packet puff pastry but you could make shortcrust partry:

Roll sausagemeat into big fat sausage
Roll pastry to cover - seal underneath, crimp ends, brush with beaten egg and bake until cooked.

Slice and serve with mash, veg & gravy

Loads of great ideas, thanks for those.
Would I be able to freeze any of these after making them as it is just me and I have 8 sausages to use up.

Yes, I'd say most of them will freeze just fine :)

Skin the sausages, mix them with stuffing , place in a pie tin cover with short crust pastery, cook in the oven for 30 mins on 180 and you have a yummy sausagemeat and stuffing pie.

    Sausage pie.
    Cook sausages,cut in half(longways).
Layer them in an ovenproof dish.
Cover them with fried onions(boiled if preferred).
Next put a layer of tinned chopped tomatoes over it and cover with mashed potato.Cook until golden brown.
My hubby and son love this.

This is different - Sausage gravy on biscuits.

It's American(Amish to be exact).Biscuits in this case are basically scones.
So make a batch of plain scones(with no sugar in them).

Take the skins off the sausages and crumble the meat into a large pan.Let it cook till it's beginning to get brown and crisp.Add some finely chopped onion and cook for a while longer. If it is very dry you may need to add a bit of oil as what you are going to do is make a roux in the sausage mixture.

Add a couple of tbsp of flour(depends a bit on the amount of sausage and fat you've got.Stir around so the flour cooks and then gradually add milk, whisking all the time(exactly like making a white sauce). When it's all thick and bubbling ladle onto the biscuit(scone) halves and serve with veg.You can add herbs,Worcester sauce and other seasonings you may like.Sounds weird, but is delicious! :)

Of course you could serve it with baked spuds instead of the biscuits.
