do you have a slo cooker? if you do, sausage casserole. (can be done on the hob in a saucepan)

sausages, tin toms or passata, herbs, garlic, mushrooms, onion, some tom puree, peas and diced carrots and serve with mashed cheesey spud.

  • Pasta sauce - lightly fry an onion and 2 cloves crushed garlic. Skin the sausages (or not if you can't be bothered ;) ) and lightly fry them, too. Add a tin of tomatoes, 2 grated carrots (or other veg), 2 handfuls of red lentils (or not if you don't have), some herbs, seasoning. Simmer for an hour.

Alternatively, lots of recipes here - What do do with sausages?

i haven't got the recipe to hand. but i found a recipe in an easy cook mag. and it was to make a spag bol with sausages. use fresh sausages and take skin off and then as u cook kinda crush the meat so it has more of a mince texture. not sure what to do after that. but i'd imgaine once the meat cooked u could carry on the make ur bol sauce as u normally do. ( sorry a bit vauge)

or how about making a pizza and then just chopping up sauages into small piece's and using it as a topping. might mean u also don't need to use whole pack of sausages.

or one of my fav's jacket spud , beans and sausages.

    Hope this help's.

Sorry, it's a bit late and I've only just seen this thread, still it might help someday

Fry some onion and sausages, cut up sausages into half inch slices, or bigger if you want, stir in can of condensed mushroom soup, add a dessert spoon full of vinegar, heat thro', taste add more vinegar if needed.
Cook pasta, I use tagletelli, mix with sausage stuff. Serve

I make mini meatballs with sausages; skin them & split into 3 or 4 little balls. They make a lovely pasta sauce with sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and spinach.

I put a tin of baked beans in my sausage casserole (Weightwatchers recipe) - it is lovely and thickens the sauce nicely. Yummy - will have to make one now!! :D
