Hi, quick catchup in my work lunch hour, just munched 3 ryvita topped with salmon, cucumber, cherry toms and cottage cheese. Packet cheese curls ff activia yoghurt and can of pepsi max. Quick question regarding ryvita dark rye, is it these that you can have six of as a HEB? if so I can have 3 more later. Ok back to the grindstone, catch you all later, and hopefully the answer. When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0

spice sensation, moroccan medley, tomato tango, roast veg all have 1/2 per pack not bad though considering its pretty filling and tasty0 -
My first weigh-in last night & I lost 4 + 1/2 lbs :j I'm really pleased with that
Someone was asking about courgettes?? I bought some yesterday & intend using them in chicken kebabs (on sticks, not in a pitta) with mushrooms, onion, tomatoes etc. Usually cook mine in the oven for about 20 mins, just make sure the chicken is cooked.
Also, what about putting them in a ratatouille??0 -

In my book, which is a couple of years old, it says you can have 4 ryvita dark rye
you can have 6 finn crisp original or 6 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (which is my personal choice, but they are not as filling as normal ryvita)[STRIKE]Shazbo[/STRIKE]
Sealed pot number 818- target = anything will do

I never eat them so dont know the answer for sure, but looking at the Sw site it says 4 ryvita dark rye as a HEB, I think its only the wholegrain crackerbreads that you can have 6 of0 -

I think 1 teaspoon is 1 syn (3 tsp = 1 tbsp ) so maybe 9 syns over the whole recipe. It's the biscuits where the syns are mostly spent... which is why I just have the topping with some chopped nana/mango/grapes.. whatever I have to hand.
Quark is also nice mixed with garlic and/or herbs for a nice topping on ryvitas, or sundried tomatoes could be nice. I have a readymade cucumber one which is lovely.
p.s. you don't talk too much. I think it's great as I get chance to see other peoples ideas and suggestions. So on behalf of me.. carry on x
I have solved my cheescake craving, thanks to you
1 light digestive biscuit (3 syns i believe but please correct me if im wrong)
grapes - chopped
some quark
1/2 tub ff vanilla yogurt
sweetener
a few sprinkles of the flake i am going to eat tonight:D
it was yummy[STRIKE]Shazbo[/STRIKE]

Can I please come crawlling back??
:o
I've been trying with sw for months now and never really got anywhere so thought I'd give weight watchers a go. I lasted two days! Thought making my portions smaller might save a bit of money but instead I just ended up going the chippy or shop for crisps!!
Think I wasn't really ready to lose the weight if you know what I mean? Knew I was overweight but wasn't motivated enough. Think I am now. Have lost 2lbs in the last two weeks, not by sticking to a diet but I've done some exercise. So I thought imagine how much I'd lose if I was eating healthier too!
Anyway sorry for the rant
In the middle of my meal plan for the week so hopefully that will help me stay on track0 -
Afternoon all
lo_bush you can have 2 or 4 dark rye ryvitas as a heB.
Well done on the loss sweetserendipity :j
Trixietoes - I went onto red days to see if it made any difference to my losses, but I found that I love them. The odd thing is that when I first had to weigh 198g new potatoes I thought it sounded mean BUT it turns out that it is more than I was giving myself on EE  same with peas -71g is loads. I also love having 2heB + 2heB;)
Im not sure if it has made my losses bigger -but so far I have never lost less than 2lb a week -although Im ready for when that changes
Im going to have a couple of green days this week -mainly because I want my home made special egg fried rice and I want to make a cauli/macaroni cheese
