i am confused with the extra easy plan! At every meal should 1/3 of your plate be superfree foods. so if i have bacon and beans for my lunch and thats all i want, would i HAVE to eat something else with it!0

I am joining slimming world on monday as the girls at work have all lost weight with it.
I'm a little confused with how it works. this is an example day I have is it right??
Breakfast:
2 wholemeal toast
Banana
Lunch
Tuna Pasta Salad
Dinner
SW spag bol
Snacks: grapes mullerlight yougart
So am i understanding it right??
Also can someone recommend where I can find recipes for one person as I dont have alot of freezer space and dont want to waste money making more than I need also on a tight budget just finished work.
I need to lose between 3-4 stone
Please help!:)0
