Crisp £ note, Daisy has found this plan that MrsM sorted for you, so I thought Id link it on here.
Is a good plan for most of us actually - thanks Mrs M :T :j:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Hi all,
Does anyone know the syn values for the following:
-Yeo Valley organic vanilla yoghurt
-Tinned low fat coconut milk
-I also hear that spirit measure syns have increased, like 4 syns for a shot of vodka rather than 2.5 like it used to be. Is this true?!
Thanks for any responses! Today is my first day on SW- I've done it many times before but trying to do it properly this time! :A0 -
Hello
I am looking to join slimming world online and have a few questions first. Please can someone help me??
1) Is it still the red and green days/meals they follow, as from reading the website its called optimising now and from what I can gather (unless I misunderstand the red/green rules) there is no food combining meals anymore, is this true?
2) It asks for £59.95 for first 3 months, do you have to pay that up front, is it taken from your account on a monthly basis?
I have read quite a few of your posts on the thread, and am so confused on these initials people are putting at the end of the food they have eaten, will this all make sense to me once I join? Or am I doomed already haha
Thank you for any help and advice given, much appreciatedxx
