Morniing all, not so good today had a lousy night. Stomach upset about 4 am and pains waking me several times b4 that :(. Think I gave myself food poisioning by thawing and refreezing my pineapple [I'm a numpty I know, hubby just gave me a bollocking over it too :o]

WI this morning [* week] .5 lb off, 1st time my scales have registered .5lb since I got them.

Am off on the weekly walk although I don't feel up to it but Mum needs me. Hubby can't take me as shopping being delivered this morning and sky box this arvo so will walk home as well today.

Catch you later and hope all have a good weekend.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

  • Good morning and happy Saturday to you biggrin.gif

I am off out later wedding dress shopping so I'm currently planning how to fit food in as well. I also need to top up the fresh stuff so a visit to Lidl may be on the cards - oooo I lead an exciting life. I should add the dress is for my niece and not me - been there, done that, and have the scars as proof rolleyes.gif - but she's excited so I have to try to be supportive wink.gif

Todays menu looks a lot like this:

    Saturday (Green)
    Milk (HEA)
Mushroom Omelette, Salad, Cottage cheese (1)
    Banana, Strawberries, Pineapple, Yoghurt
Vegetable rice with extra veg, Activia lemon (2.5)
    Potato, Cheese (HEA), Beans
Fibre Plus dark (HEB), 2 Alpen Light (HEB), Crisps (6)

I will also take a banana out with me along with the Alpens, in case of nibble attacks whilst shopping.

At some time today I've also got to make some vegetable soup. I've got some veg which is going soft - I was supposed to make it into soup a few days ago but didn't get round to it redface.gif - so has to be done now before I get some fresh for next week.

Right enough of my waffle. Must get started on the list of things for today - DS is away so feeling rather lazy, but I have things to do and places to go tongue.gif

    Have a lovely day, K x

Gooood afternoon all - I got here eventually :D

well done on the losses everyone :T

Well we had our 3hr jolly around the golf course this morning -at silly o'clock as always :p then we stopped off at the naffi where I got some more yankee candles to add to the store ;) -oohh and I picked up some more prawns, some crunch corner yogs *i have decided that I have an unhealthy obsession with yogyogs* -I have 24 various ones in the fridge now :o still there are worse foods to be addicted to I guess .....porkpie, crisps, sausage rolls, bread all spring to mind.... I swear at one time I would have chewed through the wrapper to get any of those :rotfl:now I wouldn't thank you for them

Well its weigh day tomorrow and hopefully the walk today and the 2 trips to the gym will have helped -but even if not - I have enjoyed it -so I will try and keep it up...

oooh before I get off -here is my Red meal plan....
    • banana at silly o'clock
    • 2 nectarines
    • 4 plums
    • prawns thrown together with chopped :-
    • carrot
    • spring onions
    • peppers
    • gherkin
    • beetroot
    • 1tsp sweet chilli sauce (0.5)
    • melon
    • salmon fillet
    • 1/4 tsp oil (0.5)-to roast :-
    • carrots
    • onions
    • peppers
    • 198g parsnips (B)
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • 1 crunch corner (4)
well that uses 1A+B and 5.5 syns -so I will have to see where I can get another B in at least

I have bread dough proving as hubby fancied home made pizza again -so that will be him sorted... he doesn't like salmon , so thats why I have it when he is having something Im not keen on ;)
Well Im sure that is more than enough for now..have a lovely evening everyone and keep up the great work -we are getting there :j

    x

    Sure:)

    Chilli risotto

    Frylight
    1 onion chopped
    4oz mushrooms sliced
    2tsp dried paprika
3 tsp chilli powder (although I used 1 tsp chilli flakes! )
    Dash Worcestershire sauce
    14oz tin chopped tomatoes
    4oz frozen peas
    14oz tin sweetcorn drained
    14oz tin kidney beans drained
    2tsp artificial sweetener
    1/2pt stock
1 packet batchelors savoury rice any flavour
    Salt & pepper

Cook onions & mushrooms in frylight for 2-3 mins then stir in rest ingredients bring to boil and simmer for 10-15 mins or until liquid us absorbed. Season to taste

Simples!! I had a chicken batchelors rice so used chicken stock.

    Enjoy
