I have definitely had a problem using the HEA Shaz. I use skimmed milk in hot drinks but the weather hasnt been right for it, although I am drinking more now, and just about manage it.

You could use cheese in a meal or something, im not a fan of cheese really at all so I stick with the milk.

The other option is to have a milky coffee or make an options up with warmed milk before bed?

I use cheese in meals if i can, but it doesnt feel right having 2 lots of cheese in a day (i know i can have 1:o) I dont like milk so cant drink milky drinks (its ok in a sauce) but i do eat yogurts most days so that should do really

Yes nearly everyday. I don't really drink a lot of tea or coffee so no milk there. I don't really buy cheese as I am greedy with it.. I just can't help myself and OH doesn't like cheese! so it ends up just being for me. I must admit I do sometimes cheat with it and use a low syn yoghurt as a replacement - not very often though. I do eat quark a lot and Very LF yog so don't feel I am not having enough calcium

    What is quark?

i have the triangles because they dont have to be weighed

MrsM. I have noticed you have switched from EE to red and greens ... have you found that is better for your weight loss or is it just a preference thing?

it's really versatile too.. can be made into savoury dishes (carbonara) or sweet ones (mixed with options sachet, or lemon curd/peanut butter or made into a cheesecake topping)
