Yes nearly everyday. I don't really drink a lot of tea or coffee so no milk there. I don't really buy cheese as I am greedy with it.. I just can't help myself and OH doesn't like cheese! so it ends up just being for me. I must admit I do sometimes cheat with it and use a low syn yoghurt as a replacement - not very often though. I do eat quark a lot and Very LF yog so don't feel I am not having enough calcium"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
I have definitely had a problem using the HEA Shaz. I use skimmed milk in hot drinks but the weather hasnt been right for it, although I am drinking more now, and just about manage it.
You could use cheese in a meal or something, im not a fan of cheese really at all so I stick with the milk.
The other option is to have a milky coffee or make an options up with warmed milk before bed? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Good Morning All, Welcome to the Newbies :hello: and a big well done to the losers
I was pretty wiped out after my physio session last night (they always give me new stuff that challenges the working part of my balance system in the brain) and it brings on the vertigo badly for a couple of hours, making me me reallllly sick and pretty miserable _pale_ but I need to do these so my brain learns the new signals.....and eventually the vertigo goes with this movement (so they tell me anyway:question:)
Anyway because of this I had no tea.....not great I know but I had a kitkat at midnight with a cup of tea when I felt the room stop moving enough to move again.
Today I will try to be good and il post my menu shortly....I have to do the physio they gave me in short bursts, but Im planning to eat 1st and take my sickie pills in advance;)

Wow .. away for a weekend and there is loads to catch up on.
Welcome to all the newbies. and well done to those with losses :T:T
I have had a baaaaaad weekend. We had friends visiting... so Saturday was spend drinking mojitos and eating. Sunday we went to all you can eat brunch at a hotel and I started off with sushi, then salad with smoked salmon, poached salmon and smoked mackeral then had beef noodle stirfry.. then the worst a pancake with walnut icecream :eek:... all washed down with wine and strawberry daquiris (sp?):eek: As a result I am 2lb heavier this morning . My fault totally I have no excuses. So the rest of the week has to consist of mainly superfree to hopefully sts... but I need to go to the shops as I have nowt in apart from a cucumber and quark!
We have no plans or events until Aug bank hol so... no real excuses not to stick to plan and achieve my self imposed target of 10lb loss.
Today..(EE)
B - 2 toast (B) 5g butter (1.5) marmite (F)
L - Veg stirfry with a few noodles & soy sauce (F)
D - Pork schnitzel (3) veggies (F) some kind of sauce (2)
Snx - not sure... will have to make some free snacks..
