As for the apple sauce, it's Colman's.

And as for what I've eaten today...... erm, nothing :-( Have been too busy! SW will be a big eye opener for me. I was intending to have an activia yoghurt but I forgot amidst Mount Washmore (the huge pile of washing I had to do because the cat decided to sleep on the clean stuff)

It's probably my lack of eating that makes me unhealthy, and my drinking. I have given up on booze though, can't find anything with less than a million calories to have with my vodka so have given up completely!

Green day for me today, was going to be Extra Easy but a homemade cheese, potato and onion pasty fell into my mouth Really don't want to think about how many syns were in the pastry!!


B= Coffee & milk (HEA), muller, plum
L= Egg mayo (2) sandwhich (HEB), cucumber, tomato, red onion, lettuce
D= Pork (HEB), mushrooms, peppers, onions, rice, curry sauce (6ish)
S= Devil pasty (cheese- HEA, potato, onion, & pastry????)

Think I'm going to need to be super duper good for the rest of the week. Oh and stop making homemade goodies for OH & LO :rotfl:

All diet mixers are free on SW and 35ml vodka is only 4 ....I cant drink much now on my meds so I dont bother at all really.

Im almost too spooked to ask but how near to Xflatts are you? Im like 2 min from group

One last question, what are HEA's and HEB's? Have seen them mentioned all over the place but have no idea what they are! I shouldn't have joined this thread until I'd actually started lol

I live near the Tesco express, so the meeting place would be 5 minutes away but I walk really fast lol.

Forgive me , I have synned !!
I had to got to Romford today for a appointment and some how a greggs sausage roll found its way to my tummy !!
only had the one though and just breakfast which was 28grm All bran with a banana ,
Ive been 100% all week as well , grrrr !!
Off to see how many syns it is !!

I am a sucker for pastry. havent had any for months but I want it. I have to run past all bakers of all sorts if I can smell the baking of pastry, only way I can control myself

I bet Ive seen you in the village before :rotfl:Ive lived here 3 years, im further on at the canalside apartmentments by the old 1st school, but my mum lives up near the locks so I grew up round here and was always on at tesco for her when I was up and about and working before my op(s) Im gonna have to be on my best behaviour on here now then.........nah thats gonna be too hard lol:D:grinheart
