    Used to pretend I cared about my diet as Ive always drank diet coke and had sweetex in my tea. DENIAL lol

    I am redeeming the balance by having a J P with prawns in a natural yoghurt dressing with apple and celery chopped into it !!
    and plenty of salad

    Basically they are healthy extras - As to make sure you get your calcium and Bs for fibre and protein. They ensure you have a nutritionally balanced diet

    good evening, ive had a bit of an odd day today, couldnt really be bothered to eat muchbut here is my dairy anyway

    Brekkie - banana
    lunch - 6 wholemeal crispbreads (HE b) 3 cheese triangles (HE a) homemade cheese cake (3)
    Dinner - 3 Quorn sausages, pasta and syn free sauce (slimming world website)
    for snacks tonight im going to have apple, orange, pear & cherries, ff yoghurt, whats left of the flake i sprinkled on my cheesecake (6.5)

    I still need a HE b, do the alpen light bars count?

    Im Off to my bed ladies, Im worn out and feel a bit off....Damn the blimmin NHS & their Brain mashing Physio routines lol. Iv had a go at havin my weetabix that I didnt have this morning....but the Tum says NO!!!
    have a good and not too synful evening ;) xx

    Yes the alpen lites do class as HEB Shaz, 2 = HEB
