Thats usually how it works - if I were you i'd arrive for 7.15 / 7.20 to give yourself time to weight in and the class usually starts 1/2 hr after advertised time

Im really excited with the breakfast couscous idea! I am going to try the apple and cinnamon one tomorrow so Ill let you know how it goes. I expect it to be yum. 2 out of my 3 favourite things, cant be bad, I love cinnamon.

Im actually surprised Ive not seen it before or it isnt more popular here in london, as I read it is THE thing to have in the middle east for breakfast and we have a lot of middle eastern culture here in london.

Maybe a gap in the market :D

Ooooh let me know how it turns out! That sounds lovely...

Its in a link a couple of pages back I think its vegetaria.about

If you google breakfast couscous theres loads of options ( especially one that described as " like a warming portion of trail mix!" which sounds

However IM tight with syns so will miss out the nuts and dried fruit this time, but will be experimenting im sure :)

The cooked fruit needs to be used as HEB or as syns

Hi, sorry me again with another question.

Does anybody know anything about the new Ainsley Harriott Aromatic Thai Style Cous Cous? I know many of the others are free on green but google tells me nothing about this one.

    Thanks in advance.
