did you remember to put that it included free food in it tho? I did the same with the chilli one at first and that came out at 9.5 .....til I read the help section and re did it....it came up as free on all plans :j

    Morning Ladies ;)

I'm feeling a little better today after my early night......will see how todays physio affects :o just to give you some idea...has anyone ever played that drinking game at bbq's where you drink real fast then put your forehead on a broom handle os summat and run round it real fast loads of times then try walk in a straight line ?......well thats how the physio stuff affects my brain signals (its pretty grim each time I have a new one...but funny to watch so oh says ;)) I spend lots of time between doing them hugging the toilet bowl :( the more I do the more my brain accepts the new info learns to cope and not throw me all over as much.....so a few days of hard work is worth it long term I guess,

Well done Lo_bush for not eating the kiddies :rotfl:But if temptation does strike.....make sure you have em with ff from frais (damage limitation) good move tho turning down a take away....:T what a star!
Lynz did them fairies throw that cake at you  they get everywhere damn things, :rotfl:you'd been pretty good thru the day tho so well done for that at least! ;);) (btw ...just checked, if the eclairs were ina 4 pack theyre only 8.5.......so u had less than you thought :))

Im off to try my weetabix now before my drunken walking starts:D will post my eating plan shortly

It smells gorgeous, have opened it and hoping to take some on a picnic tomorrow (with loads of other veg thrown in) so I am hoping it is good!

Not often I have green days but I love thai stuff (apart from the mugshots).

    thai cous cous

ive been on syn calculator for you...
½ Syn per pack on EE
½ Syn per pack on Green

    Morning everyone.

Good to see some losses yesteday, well done :T

Not a fab day for me yesterday it's * week so as per usual I want to eat everything in sight. I had a skinny cow icecream but they are only 4.5 syns so I don't feel too bad... they taste like they should be more. I OD'd on bread yesterday  3 x 400g slices slathered in cucumber and dill quark (so not as bad as the old days when it would be real butter and cheddar) plus my 2 toast in the morning. Oh plus the 1 slice I wizzed to make the bread crumbs for my pork schnitzl (which is yummy fyi).

    Today... EE
    B - 2 toast (B) tomatos (F) mushrooms (F)
    L - salad (F) ham (F) h/m potato salad (1)
D - veggies (F) slow cooked pork in tomato sauce (F) rice (F)
    S - skinny cow icecream (4.5) 2 x ryvita (3) garlic quark (F) ham (F) cucumber (F)
    Drinks - blk coffee & splenda (F) 2 litres water (F)

I should do some exercise but I don't really want to so it is likely I won't :o

Well done Janie and all losers. I went down by 2 lb this week too (one pound really as I put a pound ON last week!). Still, I've worked out I have 2.5 lbs to go to target, hopefully in a couple of weeks. Then I shall give myself a break (free classes!) until 13th Sept when I shall set a new target one stone lower, and that will take me up to Christmas at an average of one pound per week :)I agree about Kelly's plan yesterday, not nearly enough vegetables/salad/fruit, you could have piled cucumber and other salad bits into the ham roll, that would've helped, Kelly.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
