    Hello everyone!

I'm starting to think that i might have an intolerence to wheat or gluten. I have had bread twice in the last 3 days and my stomach has blown up! I was starting to get a nice flat tummy but its massive again! Its weird coz i can have wheat based cereals and i'm fine, the second i have bread my stomach bloats out! Note to self - NO BREAD! lol

    Today is Red

B - 2 x Weetabix (heb) with chopped banana and milk (hea) cup of tea

L - Ham salad roll (w/m roll -weighed in at 57g so heb2 - ham, cheese (hea2), cucumber, tomato and 28g Boursin light to replace spread - 2.5) I really really enjoyed it at the time but am seriously regretting it now!

D - Chicken Stir fry (chicken, veg, soy sauce, chilli, garlic and ginger) with 2 prawn skewers (2) (nice lot of superfree food to get my tummy back to normal!)

    Total syns = 4.5

Am going to try to keep it at that because yesterday i ended up having about 19 syns! Thanks to salt and vinegar pringles (D'OH!)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

:j:j:j 5lbs off for me this week!! :j:j

It's given me the motivation I needed to keep on going! I've had less alcohol this week which I think has really helped, meant I didn't have the hangover munchies either!

    Today I'm extra easy:

B- Crumpet (5?), cheese (A), coffee, bit of milk (2)
L/D- Gammon, brocolli, cauliflower, peas (got up late so early dinner)
    S- Curly wurly (6), fruit, 2 alpen lights (B)

    Total syns = 13

Oh and I LOVE my maxi dress, my mum also has one & loves hers too :)

    Evening all

Well done on the losses everyone :T
Well-its another ridiculously hot day here again....it just won't let up
Vixie -could it be the yeast that is giving you problems? only I gave up bread when i started SW and about 3 weeks in I made a pizza and had one small slice and got the most incredible headach that lasted all the next day and I bloated too :o -I know it can't be the flour as Yorkshire pud doesn't bother me :D-so I have cut bread out completely and feel great :D

Here is my meal plan for today:-
    • nectarines
    • apricots
    • cherries
    • piri piri turkey kebabs (free party0049.gif)
    • 198g steamed potatoes(B)

    • tomato
    • celery
    • carrot
    • red/yellow pepper

It has been far too hot -so lunch n brekkie were fruit :o -I will try and fit some syns in later -but I still have the cheese n biccies and the cold coffee to get through :p.
Lynz - do you like coffee? -only I have 250ml semi with 1 tsp camp coffee(0.5syns) -it is gorgeous...you can do it for free by dissolving a little instant coffee in a drop of hot water and then adding milk/sweetener -but I like camp coffee ..its a really easy way of gettin heA down you ;)
Right -I had better get off and get on the wii..
    have a good night all!

Ooh Mrs M i think you have cracked it! I have the same problems with beer and wine too! I think i'm best only having bread when i really really really really crave it (As if i say i'm gonna cut it out totally i will want it!)! I think since i started SW (february) i have only eaten bread about 6 times when i used to have it every day! No wonder i felt rubbish!

Had weigh in tonight - I'm absolutely gutted - I put on 1.5 lbs
Really thought I'd had a good week  It's the most I've put on since I started on slimming world.

Need to try and do a meal plan for the week and then order my shopping online so I've got all the stuff I'll be eating in the house.
