  • Morning! Feeling a bit less bloated today. It's amazing how one day with loads of super-free foods can make you feel so much better.

    Today's food-

B-Nectarine (I know that's not really enough, but I don't fancy anything else)

L-6 Wholegrain Crackerbread (HEB1), Tbsp Hoummous (2 syns), Marmite, Cottage Cheese, Lettuce, Cucumber, Toms, Dressing (1 syn)

D-Syn-free Lentil Loaf (HEA1 for Cheese in it), Boiled New Pots, Peas, Sweetcorn, Carrots, 0% Total, Raspberries, Tsp Lemon Curd (1 syn)

    S-Skinny Latte (HEA2), 2 x Alpen Light (HEB2), Options (2 syns), Mini Twister (2 syns), Banana

    = 8 syns

Would like to go for a run tonight too once hubby's home to look after LO.

Hi everyone - hope you all had good weekends (I had half a bottle of red and a massive pizza!)

Feeling like SW is hard at the weekends coz we dont have much food in the house by friday and then we're usually eating out with friends and family in the evenings. Had a lovely bit of grilled chicken with rice and salad in a restaurant on sunday though.

    Today's plan:
Brek: strawberries (loads coz they were bogof!) and total 0% greek yog
lunch: salad with low fat feta (1/2 hea)
Dinner: noodle soup (made with dried noodles and chicken soup)
Snacks: nectarine if they are ripe yet, pinapple, cups of tea with hea milk, maybe ryvita but not sure what to have on it

Does anyone know the syns in Knorr Super Chicken noodle soup? (its a sachet of 'simmer soup') please???

I usually cook my noodles in about 1/4 packet as I dont like the flavour sachets you get with most noodles.

Also - are all dried lentils free?

    thanks

Need to have a heb at some point - might have a bit of ryvita or run to the shops for some alpen light bars.

Thanks - so I only use 1/4 packet it'll be about 2.5. More likely I'll use 1/2 and make it 5 syns.

Sorry to ask so many questions straight away but I was wondering what the rules are about seeds? I have some mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin) that would be lovely on top of my strawberries and total 0% but wasn't sure if how 'synful' seeds are?

    thanks

Have you got nutritional info on the packet? Website doesn't have 'mixed seeds' :)

    Thanks

That is really weird I was just looking at them myself. Spooky. Is it a flavoured oats so simple or plain? (it's not a HEB, sorry :o)
