Have you got nutritional info on the packet? Website doesn't have 'mixed seeds' :)

argh no sorry i dont I threw away the original packaging. i think they were about 120 cals per 35 g so if I use half a small packet (17.5 g) it'll be about 60 cals so 3syns i guess... not an exact measurement but wont be eating them in copius amouts. thanks anyway :)

littlechezza A 27g sachet of plain Quaker Oatso simple is a HEB with a ryvita or scan bran

well 28g of the seeds indivisually (sunflowe, pumpkin etc) is between 8 and 8.5 syns. I guess having them mixed up will be about the same :)
  • Thanks for the replies about the oats so simple, any ideas on the rice.
    Thanks

Some of the packets of flavoured rice are, some aren't. What type have you got exactly?

    Hi everyone

Still broadly following the plan but seem to be oversynning as I cant bear this heat either, so want little snacks, not meals IYSWIM. However I loset 2lbs last week so feeling very pleased with self :D

Tis wonderful to see everyone doing so well :j

    Food today will be

    B Strawbs & Muller
L- Turkey rashers, mushrooms, frylight egg
D- MIxed bean chilli from the freezer I batchcooked with Sweet pot wedges and a blob of LF Fromage frais, maybe a taco shell (2) and a salad
Snacks will be lots of fruit I have got on offer
Will probably up the syns with jaffacakes (seem to be keeping these guys in business at the mo!)

Im really struggling to eat my HEA & HEB at the mo, can anyone advise?

My HEA has always been milk for tea ( skimmed) but I just cant drink that much tea at the moment its too hot. I dont really like cheese although I do like cottage cheese.
HEB has usually been Alpen lights but I cant find them cheap anywhere at the mo and 1.99 for 5 seems a bit much? ( tight moi?!) I dont really eat bread if I can avoid it, makes me feel tired and rough...

I do eat a lot of veg and fruit, is the fibre in HEB really necessary?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
  • I haven't got a particular type, just going back to slimming world tonight and wanted to get stocked up with easy meals because I prefer to avoid wheat etc.,

I'm loving my new scales :D They weigh in 1/4 pound increments

I have something similar it weighs in 0.2lb's but no other fancy stuff like yours. Just the smallest 0.2lb of a loss keeps me motivated when I jump on mid week - ok probably 3 or 4 times a week - I just can't stop though

I had a slight panic earlier until I read there was a new thread, so just caught up on everyones news.

Maxi dresses... I love them, I do have to be careful of style as I can look pregnant which would be ok if I was. My OH and friends call them my Margo dresses (off of the The Good Life fame). I have quite a few 'Margos' perfect for this weather.

My weekend has gone a bit haywire too... BBQ on Sat with too many sangrias and gins... not too much food though. Then yesterday I just wanted bread. So I have 24 syns to last until Wed night.

I'm with everyone else.. can't be bothered to eat or cook due to the heat.

    Today (EE)
    B - Nowt - woke up v late :(
L - SW carbonara & salad - only ate half.
D - Veggie Chilli maybe with salad and SW oven potatoes.
Snx - not sure maybe yoghurt and fruit and gallons of fizzy flavoured water with lots of ice.

I need to get a HEb and HEa in there somewhere too. Mmmm.
