    Afternoon all

OH heck -another scorching day here for us!!
Although before it got hot this morning I went out and cut the lawn, vaccuumed through and polished..;)
oh and I have just done 55mins on the wii EA sports interactive thingy ...heck it had me dripping wet :rotfl:-not helped by having to do "cool downs" lying on the floor with a fluffy black cocker spaniel thinking it was all great fun and that sitting on me would help :p-still its done for now(will get some more done this evening ;))
Lisa -I only ever made my own bread, wrap, baguettes etc -but still have evil headaches(although it may be different for others) -to be honest I knew I had problems because I would get a sore head as soon as the bread went in the oven -but I [STRIKE]am[/STRIKE]was a carbohydrate junky so ate it anyway :o-especially bread, so having gone "cold turkey" Im not missing it at all now :j
well my meal plan for today is:-
    • honeydew melon
    • strawberries
    • mango
    • tuna fish
    • lettuce
    • cucumber
    • tomato
    • celery
    • red/yellow pepper
    • carrot
    • gherkin
    • beetroot
    • balsamic vinegar/lemon juice
    • peach
    • apricots
    • cherries
    • salad *as above*
    • 227g jacket potato(B)
    • cottage cheese
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • 2 seedy ryvita (B)
    • 42g low fat cheddar(A)
So that will be my A+Bs accounted for and I will see if I can squish in a few more syns as I go along.
Right -I will get off and make my lunch... have a great day everyone...

Im having a bit of a crisis, didnt gpo to class last week as I wasnt well, so what did I do all week? PIG OUT!

Im now debating whether to go back (tonight). I really begrudge paying to be told I have gained and I know I have, when I can go upstairs and do it for free :(

Ive done well today but I just wonder will I ever get into it? Will there ever be a day were I dont fantasise about food all day?

I've had a good day although I had to rush out early and so only had coffee for breakfast. Lunch was pasta, veg and then yoghurt for dessert. For dinner I did a chicken/courgette/tomato dish, couscous and spinach. I did cook the chicken in some wine - do I need to syn that?

Yes you'd have to syn the wine since I presume you would have eaten the sauce. Most wines have around 4½ syns per 125 mls.

I feel like that so often - SW has done wonders for keeping me on track though. This week I am avoiding weigh in (at home, not with a group) coz seeing a gain this early on will make me self-destruct. Instead I have polished my halo and am sticking to the plan religiously with next week's weigh in in mind.
We've all had bad weeks - I had 3 takeaways and lots of desserts last week!! But chin up and jump back on the wagon you'l get there in the end. (and chances are, no we will never stop fantasising about food all day - some people have a foot fetish, we have a food fetish! could be worse!)
But at least we can fantasise about big plates of pasta and steaks and not go off track with SW!)
    Just my 2 cents :)

IMO if you don't go for weigh-in you'll pig-out all next week as well.

I think you only fantasise about food that you can't have and since nothing is banned, there's really no need to fantasise.....just go ahead and have what you need to take away the urge.

Do you like to cook? If so there's so many gorgeous recipes that you can do that are low-syn and satisfying. Have a look at the archives on the SW web site and also on these pages:-

If you keep your food interesting and varied you'll find it much easier to stick to and it will pay dividends in the amount of weight you lose.......it gets easier with time :)
