I'm loving my new scales
They weigh in 1/4 pound increments and also tell me the amount of body fat I have - over 3 stone  I've only got about another stone to lose so don't quite know how that works!!
I feel that I need to jump in and say that you need body fat, for lots of reasons, for insulation, for cushioning, for secondary sexual contouring! I remember this from my A-Level Biology but if you lost all your body fat you would look horrendous!God is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

Today I have had a green day:
B 2 morrisons organic weetabix (HEB) with warm milk (HEA)
Snack Some chopped melon with bluberries
L muller lite yog
D Green lentils cooked with tomatoes and onions, some pasta, and a bowl of salad, followed by a punnet of rasperries.
I'v had no syns and haven't used my second HEA & HEB.
I might have a hi fi bar and some warm milk to go to bed with, but that still means I've had no syns.
Now my consultant always says that you should have at least 5 syns in a day - so my question is... does it matter if I don't ? I could always go and have a glass of wine, but tbh I'm not really that bothered.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

Wear what you want, girl, (as long as you don't show your bum cr*ck - that current fashion really grosses me out)
The thing is I would NEVER look at someone else and think they are too old to be wearing something (with maybe the exception of the bum crack thing lol) I'm just really paranoid when it comes to myselfSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -

Don't feel pathetic chick,I had to ask hubby the other day what side France were on in the war!! oops!
If you get a bottle of Distilled Witch Hazel, put it on cotton wool and put it on our feet it will take away the itching,or you could use Chamomile Tea bags but they are more expensive (about £2 instead of 80p) and put a couple tea bags in tepid water and put your feet in there,it looks kinda yellow, but thats ok,leave them floating around with your feet,my mad Auntie is a homeopathist0 -
Morning! Had a bit of a bad weekend, had 2 birthday meal celebrations and our anniversary was on Sat. Tried to stick to free foods but the menu choices weren't that good, then I went completely over syn limit when me and other half drunk two bottles of fizzy wine. Really annoyed with myself as I had been doing well  Anyway was back on with it yesterday, only had 5 syns and definitely want to stay on track for this week as I have a hen do at weekend so want to minimise the damage!!
Scales still say I have lost 11.5lb in the last two weeks ( +/- a few lbs for the first dodgy set of scales) so I am happy with that. Would love to get 2.5 off this week.
Anyway will post food diary later. Good luck to everyone with a WI this week.0 -
Morning ladies! Well I'm still on trach, hoping for a good weight loss this week but it's * week so hope that doesn't have too much of an effect on the scales! I've a 45 minute horse riding lesson tonight....that should burn a good few calories! Here's the menu plan:
Brekkie - Porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - Salad, cold new pots, tinned mackeral in tom sauce, fat free dressing, yogurt
Tea - Breaded fish (need to check syns), SW chips or new pots, veg.
Snacks, melon, strawberries, raspberries. I'll have to have a little something before I go riding too, perhaps an alpen light bar or something depending on the syns in the fish!0
