Oooh nooo, I've just double-checked the syns for the Go Ahead yog bar & it's 3+1/2 syns per slice & I ate both slices cos I thought it was per twinpack :o

So that's me up to 11 syns now. That's the most daily syns I've had this week :( Still gonna have the G&T though which will take me up to the 15 :D

I fell for that one too. Go Ahead is not a good brand if you're doing SW. Bought some (frankly, horrible) fruit bakes and was eating them thinking low-cal = good, but there were 6 syns each!

I'm afraid it's all gone a bit pear shaped this evening (which is the way I'll be going at this rate) Started the day well. Weetabix for brekkie followed by a banana. milk from HEA. Was out at a friends at lunchtime but declined her outrageous offer of white bread, butter, cheese (sarnie) full fat crisps etc etc. LOL. I came home and had my angelic 3 pagen krisp wmeal rolls with vlf cottage cheese and a packet of quavers. Wonderful so far................but have just been hijacked by a chicken Kebab. Oh God it was lush but now I'm being eaten up by guilt and frustration with myself, why do we do it?

Chicken kebab isn't too syn-o-rific as far as I can remember, one of the best takeaway options I think.

Ohh brilliant.. I did a psyc degree and loved things like this. Like the way we group numbers to make them memorable. Memory was one of my fave topics - fantastic essay question!

PS - had a rubbish diet day - chips for lunch! nevermind i'm feeling happy!

Ha I remember things by making up little songs...my work mates often take the pee..but I often catch them singing my ditties when they need to remember codes and things!!

Don't let anyone tell you vodka is SW... not if you polish off 1/4 bottle its not :o

Oh well I suppose it could be worse, I could have polished off half a box of chocs too.........

    ............ Oh, wait a minute........

    ...... I did... :o

The yoghurt bar one (or 2 in my case :o) was really nice, which is probably why I 'Went Ahead' & had the whole twinpack :o I was thinking at the time how it was definitely worth 3+1/2 syns. Glad I double-checked the syn portion size!!

    Good morning All
    - Seems I missed out on the Saturday Saddo Club :(:(
I was the saddo who fell asleep after a couple of hours with my nose in the books (yes I actually got some done :j:p)
Yesterday my meal plan went pear shaped.... I think I must have just spent the day thinking about food and not actually eating it, I only ate breakfast then a kit kat about 1, next time I looked my oh came home from golf at 4 so I grabbed a quick activia, then his mum called with some more goodies from her allotment so that was another hour gone, popped some chilli and rice on for tea, got my essay plan done, another kit kat (not planned for) & fell asleep. I know I'l have done myself no favours at all, hardly any superfrees-apart from in the chilli.....:mad:

Ive just done the oh his bacon sarni (white bread&butter-GIT:o) cos hes at golf again and Iv not even woken up enough to think about eating....or planning for my day!

Rant over ;);) I think my pmt monster may not yet have left the building lol :A:EasterBun off for a cup of tea and I will post my menu x

    Morning all

I went UNDER my sysn yesterday for the first time in months :D

Can I manage it again today? I really hope so.

    Yesterday I had
    Blackberries and muller
    Diet coke
    LUnch 2x alpen lites
Couscous salad made of loads of veg, some shreds of chicken off the carcass and half ainsley couscous (is this 1syn for whole pack?)
    Stuffed!
Later I roasted a gammon/ham and a turkey breast and had some of that, with some more couscous salad. With the herby quark dressing.
And had a bowl of strawbs and muller for pud.

VERY FULL, and negligible syns, Should make up for all those cookies and crisps Ive been snidely packing away. THe cous cous salad very filling so will be making more of this :) Am looking for exciting syn free ideas :D and rice salads as well Id like to make a curried one, can you use yog instead of mayo in this anyone know?

Dinner tonight will be a quorn chilli ( tonms, onions, mush, peppers) , rice, salad sweet potato wedges, quark instead of sour cream and maybe a taco shell (2)

Oh is threatening to take me to nandos where it will be the 1/4 chicken Macho peas and Corn. I only went last week though so not ready to go again yet! Should save this for a treat really! (but he wants to go, so why not)

Have a fun day all :)
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
